What are therapy sessions like?

Your first session, the intake, focuses on understanding your concerns and setting goals. Ongoing sessions provide a supportive space to talk, learn coping skills, and explore patterns so you can move forward with more clarity and confidence. Each session builds on the last to support growth and healing.

How long are sessions?

Most therapy sessions last 50 minutes. Longer sessions may be recommended depending on your goals.

How often will we meet? 

Typically therapy begins with weekly sessions. As progress is made, we may adjust to every other week or monthly check-ins.

What kinds of issues do you help with?

Common areas include anxiety, stress, depression, life transitions, perfectionism, self-esteem, relationship concerns, trauma recovery, and breaking generational cycles.

Do you offer telehealth sessions? 

Yes, we are currently only offer Telehealth. We offer secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth therapy across Georgia. All you need is a private space and an internet-ready device.

Is telehealth effective?

Absolutely—research shows telehealth is just as effective as in-person care, with the added benefit of flexibility and comfort.

Do you take insurance? What is the self pay cost?

Yes! I have currently accept Aetna! If you are out of network, we can also do self-pay and submit superbills to your insurance for possible reimbursement. Our intake session is $170, and then subsequent sessions are $130.

Do you have availability?

I am available via telehealth from 8am-4pm Monday - Saturday. 

Step-by-Step Process to Get Started:

  • Schedule a Free Consultation – Each client is required to complete a phone consultation prior to scheduling your first appointment. Consultations are complimentary, take about 15-20 minutes and give us both a platform to ask each other questions, make sure I am able to meet your needs and to ensure we are a good therapeutic fit.
  • Schedule your Intake Session - After your phone consultation, if we are a good fit, we will schedule your intake session.
  • Complete Consent and Intake Forms – Once you decide to move forward, we will send consent & intake forms (through the client portal) to better understand your background and therapy goals.
  • Attend Your Intake Session – Your therapist will guide you through your first session, discussing your personalized treatment plan and holistic options available.
  • Engage in Ongoing Healing & Growth – We’ll work together to meet your therapy goals. 

What if I’m unsure about starting therapy?

That’s completely normal. Beginning with a consultation is a low-pressure way to learn more, ask questions, and see if we’re a good fit.
