Insurance
Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part. Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services.

I’d recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:
- Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
- Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
- Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
- Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?

Out of Network
If you have an insurance that we are not in-network with (see above), we are considered "out of network" and the rate is $150 for a 50 minute session. You can request a Superbill to submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.

Good Faith Estimate & No Surprise Billing
In accordance with the No Surprises Act, effective January 1, 2022, Resilient Keys Counseling, LLC wants to ensure that all clients are aware they can receive a “Good Faith Estimate” to help them estimate the expected charges they may be billed for receiving healthcare services performed. This applies to any clients who are out-of-network, uninsured or who is insured but does not plan to use their insurance benefits to pay for health care services. Payment
I accept all major credit cards as forms of payment. Payments are easily made in the secure client portal.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
